A combination of traditional property management and high-level concierge services. Home management provides a hands-free way to maintain your home. Sisters Concierge Service handles the details to facilitate your visits. Service is held on a contract basis to provide you with a consistent high level of care and upkeep.

Private Property / Owner assistance. We begin by providing a free consultation, and creating a detailed plan that is specific to your needs. This may include: home systems upkeep, lifestyle needs, and a caretaker to keep “ownership” eyes on your property and preparing the home for your arrival.
House Check Plan
Pricing starts at $100 per month for condominiums and $175 for a single family homes ( 2 site visits per month). Additional requested site visits billed at $75/visit. (includes up to 30 minutes on site. Additional time will be billed at $75/hr.)
During The Site Visit:
Sisters Concierge Service will ensure all client-hired vendors are performing accordingly and are staying on schedule (lawn, pool, pest control, HVAC…).
In addition system function and condition check of the following:
- Plumbing ( Run faucets & showers , Flush toilets, Drain flow, and Check water heater )
- Roof Leak check
- HVAC
- Kitchen appliances
- Smoke detector function
- Windows
- Doors
- Electrical ( Lights, Fans, Plug )
- Pool / Spa
- Landscape condition
- Site drainage
- Decks / balconies
- Boathouse ( exluding watercraft )
