Juliana grew up in the Houston/Memorial area and moved to South Padre Island three years ago. As the Construction Operations Manager, Juliana oversees operational strategy, new business acquisition, purchasing, and the creation of processes that maximize the company’s performance, efficiency, and overall growth.

With over ten years of experience leading teams, Juliana is central to the development of long-term, practical systems and works closely with ownership, senior management, and design teams to achieve both the creative and financial objectives of the company. In her free time you will find her enjoying life with her five dogs, out in the bay fishing for trout and redfish, or gardening in her backyard.
