1:1 Consultations
Our team takes the guesswork out of choosing all interior finishes, from hardwood to grout color. Tile, plumbing trims, lighting, and paint selections are just a few of the many areas we will cover with you. We’ll work with you to select all the nitty-gritty details.
Furniture & Styling
We select all of the furnishings you need in your home from upholstery to dining chairs and more. We incorporate any heirloom or sentimental pieces you have in the process. Our styling team comes in for the finishing touches to elevate your design and tell your story; we like to think of it as adding the jewelry to the design.
Project Management
Our Project Management team is on your job site day in and day out, providing direction and scheduling to the multitude of trades that are contracted to complete your rennovation. The PM will handle the budget, order the materials, and coordinate the trades as well as provide weekly updates and a photo portfolio.
Procurement
Our Project Management team orders the materials, supplies, as well as fixtures, trims, and appliances as the project dictates. Sticking to the agreed upon budget, and ensuring that all items are received in a timely manner and ready for installation as the project progresses.
Turnkey Installation
We’ll handle all of the details of the process from start to finish to ensure that everything is organized, on time, and on track.
